Antonio is the legal-and-strategy half of S&D Workforce Solutions. A Florida attorney with deep experience in employment, business, and operational risk, Antonio helps employers navigate sensitive workforce issues with practical, business-minded guidance.
Throughout his career, Antonio has handled employment disputes, EEOC matters, workplace investigations, compliance concerns, employment agreements, and performance management issues — helping businesses reduce risk while making confident decisions.
At S&D, Antonio leads workplace investigations, handbook and policy strategy, performance management guidance, and complex employee matters. When a client faces a difficult personnel issue, he focuses on one question:
“How do we solve this problem while reducing exposure and protecting the business?”

Throughout his career, Labrawn has worked directly with leaders and frontline teams to improve accountability, strengthen workplace culture, reduce turnover, and create systems that support consistent performance.
At S&D, Labrawn leads workforce strategy, employee relations, leadership coaching, compliance implementation, and day-to-day HR problem-solving. When clients face operational workforce challenges, he focuses on practical solutions that keep teams productive and businesses moving.
